Human speech contains many characteristics that can be used to identify the
speaker, including pitch range, accent and speaking style. roboCUFF
Voice Monitoring uses a variety of speech characteristics to build a
biometric measurement, or “voiceprint” of each person who is
subject to monitoring. roboCUFF Voice Monitoring
uses voice verification technology developed, licensed and supported by a
publicly-traded company that is widely recognized as the leading provider of
this technology. The accuracy of this technology has been shown to be
comparable to or better than other forms of biometric identification.
roboCUFF voice verification achieves accuracy exceeding 99% by incorporating
a variety of patented technology advances and proprietary protocols,
including:
- Compensation for variations in
speech as transmitted by different types of telephone lines and devices
(e.g., analog/digital, residential, commercial, public, and cellular).
- Continuous adaptation to
refine analysis of the voice of each subject over time, as is necessary
to recognize juveniles as their voices change through puberty.
- Secondary and tertiary
interrogation and analysis of callers who fail to meet high confidence
thresholds for identity verification.

roboCUFF Voice Monitoring offers secure access for
authorized officials via the Internet. All aspects of roboCUFF Voice
Monitoring interaction with offenders operate independently of the Internet. roboCUFF Voice Monitoring continues to monitor offenders
as scheduled, even if agency access to roboCUFF Voice Monitoring over the
Internet is disrupted for any reason.

roboCUFF Voice Monitoring uses the public
telephone network to interact with offenders. The telephone network
infrastructure enables offender location confirmation when they call from any
wired telephone. The telephone service availability and reliability is
independent of electrical power in the home (phone lines are powered by
independent electrical systems at local phone switching centers). roboCUFF Voice Monitoring uses multiple, high capacity,
toll-free lines provided by major telecommunications carriers to provide
reliable access to roboCUFF system from any telephone.

roboCUFF Voice Monitoring stores all case
information, including every check-in result and voice recording, in an
Oracle Enterprise Database. Through the roboCUFF Voice Monitoring web-based
services, this database provides immediate, secure access by authorized
officials to all case details. This database is designed to facilitate
continuing deployment of new features to meet evolving customer requirements.

roboCUFF Voice Monitoring operates in a Class V
hosting facility that connects directly to an OC192 IP backbone. This center
maintains redundant access to the local power grid, onsite gasoline
generators and fuel reserves, redundant network connectivity with the global
telecommunications network, and the site is physically protected with
multiple access security protocols. Integrated systems, application and
network management provide 24x7 systems and applications monitoring.

AnyTransactions, Inc. does not release personal information about clients who
are monitored by roboCUFF Voice Monitoring or the employees of agencies that
use roboCUFF Voice Monitoring.
